A quick note bringing a very pleasant & superior customer service job done by Amanda to your attention.
One of our largest customers was in need of a housing for a shut down project, and quick!!. Due to the weight and size of the part, a standard air freight through dhl, Purolator..etc was not possible.
After contacting Amanda, she took the ball and ran with the project- her daily if not hourly updates on the air shipment were greatly appreciated.
In Today's world where customer service is a key, not to mention, a good attitude, she should be commended for her efforts. Having good staff, and retaining them, is key to a companies future. Please add this e-mail to the next round table for yearly review.
